DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via Fedex. All orders will be shipped with insurance. It is also possible to collect your order directly from the studio.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All international orders are shipped via Fedex International Economy. All tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items will ship from Tel Aviv, Israel, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in NIS/USD.

All orders, excluding made-to-order items, will be processed within 10 business days upon payment approval.
Please note - some of our items are made-to-order, and take different times to produce, Please expect up to three weeks for production.
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. Ceremonials is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.
Ceremonials is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

Returns & exchanges
Please note that the essence of a handmade product is that it doesn't look machine made and every piece is unique. If you experience any problems with a piece you have purchased, please contact us via mail - hello@ceremonials.co and we will resolve it in any way we can.
We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 10 days (postmarked) of delivery date. After 10 days all sales are final. This includes all early purchases intended for holiday gifts. No exceptions.
